You can view all the details of the order by consulting the order confirmation email we sent you.
SHIPPING MONITORING
You will receive an order shipment confirmation email containing the tracking provided by the carrier, which you will need to monitor delivery. Within 24 hours of shipment you will see the first updated information from the courier by clicking on the tracking.
TIMES and SHIPPING COSTS
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 (Italian time - GMT + 1) will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. After this time the shipment will be made the next working day. All orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 pm will be handled from the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind you that at certain times of the year or for reasons of force majeure the timing may vary slightly.
Shipping cost: € 7.50 for Italy, € 19.90 for Europe, € 39.90 for the rest of the world. Free shipping for orders over € 150 in Italy and Europe, for orders over € 200 in the rest of the world.
DHL DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Only one delivery attempt will be made.
In the event that the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice and your order will be shipped to the nearest collection point where it will remain in storage for five days. You can pick up the package or contact our customer service to reschedule a delivery. If you don't, the package will return to the warehouse.
We recommend that you enter a mobile number in your order in order to be contacted more easily by the courier.
BARTOLINI DELIVERY PROCEDURE
A first delivery attempt will be made.
In the event that the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice, a second delivery attempt will be made on the working day following the first. If this is not successful, the package will be sent to the branch and the courier will try to contact you by phone to schedule a new delivery.
The order will go into storage if the courier fails to trace you or if the new delivery attempt fails. You will have ten days to request a new delivery or have the package returned to the warehouse.
